By purchasing a Ready AI package or otherwise engaging Ready AI ("Ready AI," "we," "us") for AI implementation advisory services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.
Ready AI offers services at three levels, as described on our Services page: (a) the AI Self-Assessment, a free online scoring tool; (b) the In-Depth Assessment, a one-time fixed-fee engagement producing a written roadmap; and (c) Build, implementation services delivered either as a one-time project or as a recurring monthly engagement. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any Build engagement are set out in a written quote provided before work begins.
Assessment fees are due in full at the time of booking. One-time Build projects are invoiced as set out in the applicable written quote. Recurring monthly Build engagements are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party on 30 days’ written notice; fees already paid for the current period are not refundable, and no further amounts become due after the notice period ends. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; Ready AI does not store your card information.
Because each engagement involves upfront analysis time, Assessment fees are non-refundable once the working session has taken place or the intake questionnaire has been submitted, whichever comes first. If you cancel before either of those steps, contact us at mike@ready-ai.net and we will issue a full refund. Refunds for Build engagements are governed by the applicable written quote.
If you commence a Build engagement within 30 days of the date your Assessment roadmap is delivered, the Assessment fee you paid will be credited in full against the amount invoiced for that engagement. The credit applies once, is not transferable, has no cash value, and is not redeemable after the 30-day period has elapsed.
Ready AI provides advisory recommendations based on information you provide and our independent research. We do not guarantee specific financial results, cost savings, or return on investment. Recommendations are not a substitute for your own business, legal, or financial judgment. Implementation of any recommended tool is your responsibility and decision.
Information you share with Ready AI during the assessment process is treated as confidential and used solely to prepare your recommendations and report. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready AI's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable package. Ready AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or reliance on our recommendations.
Ready AI recommends third-party software tools (e.g., Jobber, HubSpot, CompanyCam) as part of its advisory service. We are not affiliated with these vendors unless otherwise disclosed, and any agreement you enter into with a third-party vendor is solely between you and that vendor.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
