When you use this website or engage Ready AI's services, we may collect: contact information you provide (name, business name, email, phone), information submitted in the assessment questionnaire (business operations, workflows, tools currently in use), and payment details, which are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We use the information you provide to deliver your AI assessment, strategy, and tool recommendations; to communicate with you about your engagement; and to improve our services. We do not use your business data to train AI models or share it with AI tool vendors without your permission.
All information you share as part of an assessment is treated as confidential and proprietary to your business. We do not sell, rent, or share your business or personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process payment (via Stripe) or as required by law.
This site may use basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the site experience. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
We retain assessment data and reports for as long as needed to support your engagement and any follow-up consultations, and may retain records afterward for our own business and legal recordkeeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for all payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing mike@ready-ai.net.
